Refund policy

At Esaodora, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we only accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:

  1. Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer you a full refund or a replacement, depending on your preference.
  2. Lost in Transit: If your order never arrives, and it is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will provide a full refund.

Please note: We do not accept returns or offer refunds if you simply do not like the product or if you need a different size. All sales are final in those cases.
